While you might see some daring bathing suits on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line, you won’t see any actual nudity. None of those three cruise lines allow nudity or even offer an adults-only topless sunbathing area.
Even Virgin Voyages, an adults-only cruise line, offers only a small area where female passengers can take their tops off.
“We have a beautiful sun deck on Deck 17, called The Perch, where you can feel comfortable sunbathing topless at sea,” the cruise line says on its website.
It does draw the line at full nudity. To be naked on a cruise, at least in public areas, you need to go on a chartered cruise.
Now, the Big Nude Boat has sailed from Miami, taking over the Norwegian Pearl for an epic 11-day sailing.
Doug Parker of Cruise News Today has that story along with why multiple Carnival ships faced delays.

Carnival ships face delays
From Las Vegas, this is Cruise News Today with Doug Parker. Here’s your cruise news for Tuesday, February 4.
Heavy fog in Florida caused delays for two Carnival cruise ships on Monday.
Carnival Elation returning to Jacksonville from the Bahamas. They faced a slight delay but were able to dock once conditions improved.
Carnival Paradise, however, experienced a longer delay due to thick fog in the Tampa Bay area.
Now the Coast Guard eventually reopened the port for ship traffic just after 3 p.m. on Monday. And the ship did dock early Monday evening, delaying the ship’s next departure.
Another good reason to have travel insurance.
Big Nude Cruise takes off on epic voyage; Classic Royal Caribbean ship is scrapped
And the Big Nude Boat set sail from Miami yesterday on an 11-day cruise on Norwegian Pearl. Yeah, organized by Bare Necessities.
The ship will visit Great Stirrup Cay, Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Martin, San Juan and Martinique.
Now, while guests can be nude onboard in most areas, clothing, unfortunately, will be required in dining rooms and while in port. Some excursions will also allow for a clothing-optional day.
Entertainment includes a passenger talent show and themed events like Bare Fest.
It should be noted that this is a full ship charter.
And a former Royal Caribbean cruise ship arrived at the scrapyard over the weekend in Alang, India. [Originally] named Song of America, the vessel most recently sailed for Celestial Cruises.
Song of America was first launched in 1982 and was a trailblazer for modern cruise ships and actually helped Royal Caribbean expand to what they are today. She follows other retired former Royal ships like Sun Viking and Song of Norway.

Here in the Flamingo, got the fountain that Evel Knievel tried to jump over and nearly lost his life doing it right behind me here in front of Caesars Palace.
